Host Families

Open table, shared meals, real belonging

The Host Family program is at the heart of how Manna House extends its table beyond Sunday. Church families open their homes to international students and newcomers — sharing meals, conversation, and the ordinary grace of belonging somewhere.

  • Monthly shared meals in host family homes
  • Friendship with international students and newcomers
  • A way to practice hospitality as a spiritual discipline
  • No experience required — just a willing heart and an open table

Worship Ministry

Participation over performance

Our worship is expressive and diverse — a mix of everything, as long as it's biblical. High church and low church, hymns and contemporary, reflective and celebrative. We prioritize presence and communal participation over performance.

  • Vocalists, instrumentalists, and tech volunteers welcome
  • Diverse musical styles honoring the breadth of the church
  • Rehearsals before Sunday services
  • Orientation available for new team members

Children's Ministry

Building a joyful, age-appropriate ministry

We are actively investing in children's ministry at Manna House. We believe that the next generation deserves to encounter the gospel in age-appropriate, joyful, and substantive ways. This ministry is being built — and we'd love your help shaping it.

  • Ages 0–11 welcome in our gathering space
  • Childcare available during Sunday service (check current availability)
  • Children's ministry program launching in 2026
  • Volunteers and ideas welcomed

Not sure where you fit?

That's okay — most of us weren't sure at first either. Start with the ChurchTrac interest form and someone on our team will follow up personally. No pressure, just a conversation.
